How do I search for an item on the website?
Our menu of options allows you to search for products by department (men/women/children) or category (beachwear, shirts, t-shirts or accessories). Once you have chosen the department or category, you can narrow your selection by filtering the results by color, size or style. You can also use the search bar, accessible throughout the entire navigation by simply clicking on the magnifying glass icon, to search for an item by name, product category, color or reference number.
How do I choose my size?
In each product, you can access the size guide that indicates the characteristics of the product. It’s the last picture of each product. Also don’t hesitate to contact us in the live chat.
Where do you manufacture your swimwear?
All of our products are manufacture in Mexico by our team and used all over the world.
What are they made of?
All of our swimsuits are made from 100% Microfiber Polyester. They go through a special process to obtain a quick drying.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
Once your payment is validated and received, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Once you receive the email with the confirmation of your order, it will include the necessary data to track your order.

Can I change the delivery address?
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. Be sure to provide the correct address when ordering.
Can I change my order after it has been confirmed?
You can change your order after confirmation. Please send an email to email@example.com with the size or design you want to change. All changes can be made if the order hasn’t shipped.
Can I have my order wrapped as a gift?
When placing your order on the Clorofila website, you can request gift wrapping and add a personal message to each item. Please, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return my products?
In the case of web purchases, we accept returns of items other than the original ordered or simply defective, as long as they comply with the following:
1) The merchandise has not been used and retains its respective labels.
2) The return is managed within the first 20 days from the day the package is received at the destination address.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
It is not necessary to create an account to make a purchase. By having an account you will receive priority information about our new products and special offers. Also, creating one will allow you to have an order history, wish list or save personal information for your future orders.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

What type of payments do you accept?
In our retail stores we accept cash, credit or debit. Online we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are done through Conekta.io and PayPal Express Checkout. (NELO). Oxxo Payments and SPEI bank transfer.
Do you accept gift cards?
We do accept gift cards, only processed on our website.
Why my checkout price changes?
Our store is based in Mexico, so the price reflected at checkout is in MXN Pesos. The final exchange rate is based on your credit card or bank.
How long do shipments take?
Shipments within the Mexican Republic may take 1 to 2 business days depending on the shipping area. If your shipping area is outside the range for fast deliveries, the shipment can take from 3 to 6 business days. All our shipments within Mexico have a cost of $110 Mexican pesos. Shipments made by Estafeta in Mexico For international shipping may take 3 to 5 business days. Shipments made by DHL.
Do you offer store pick up?
