Changes and Returns Policy
Our Exchange and Return Policy applies differently, depending on whether the purchase was made in a physical store or via the web in our online store.
I. Web Purchases
In the case of web purchases, we accept returns of items different from the original order or simply defective, as long as they comply with:
• The merchandise has not been used and keeps its respective labels.
• The return is managed within the first 20 days from the day the package is received at the destination address.
Procedure for Returns of Web Purchases
1) Notify Clorofila Sea Wear of your intention to return the product, through any of our main means of contact, in order to effectively monitor your case. Contact us through:

2) Securely pack the item in a package that includes the return form received along with the order, indicating in the text of the document the name of the item being returned.
3) Send the package to the Clorofila Sea Wear Show Room, managing and assuming the courier costs (non-refundable) on your behalf, and indicating as destination address:

4) Wait 1 to 3 business days from the day we receive the package in our Show Room, to verify the conditions and good state of the returned item. Additionally, wait 3 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund and for the credit to appear on your account statement. Please note that refunds will be made according to the payment method used, and the timing of the refund will depend on the payment method originally chosen.
Procedure for Changes to Web Purchases
To exchange a garment, it is necessary to return the unwanted piece, either before or after acquiring a new substitute item in our web store. Therefore, before or after the complete return process described in the previous section has concluded, you can process a new Purchase Order in our online store to replace the originally purchased garment.
II. Shopping in Retail Stores
As a general policy, we do not accept exchanges or returns of items purchased in our physical stores.
However, if the garment you want to change has not been used, maintains its labels, is in perfect condition, and you have the original purchase receipt, you can go directly to the store where the purchase was made and negotiate a possible item exchange directly with management at that branch. The possibility of an exchange is always subject to the availability and criteria deemed by the branch where you wish to request the exchange.

This notice is delivered in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the "Law") in order to inform you of the use that will be given to the information you provide, as well as the way in which you can limit the use of said data. You can access the content of the Law through the portals of the Federal Government, through the Ministry of the Interior, and the Chamber of Deputies of the H. Clorofila de Mexico S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “ Clorofila Sea Wear”), with address located at Av. Tulum 199-1 smz 20 mz 5, Cancun, Q. Roo C.P. 77500 Mexico,
where appropriate, will process the following Personal Data of visitors to our website and/or users of our Services (hereinafter the "Owner"): i) Contact Data, ii) Identification Data, iii) Patrimonial Data, iv) Sensitive Personal Data.
Clorofila Sea Wear has the conviction and philosophy of maintaining constant and active communication with our users. Unless otherwise notified or instructed by the Owner, you consent to the processing of your Personal Data within and outside the United Mexican States in terms of this Privacy Notice and understand that they may be handled and/or transferred directly or
indirectly by Clorofila Sea Wear, and/or third-party service providers and/or our business partners, as well as, where appropriate, competent authorities within the applicable legal framework.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The processing of the Owner's Personal Data encompasses the following purposes:
• To be contacted and sent information in order to follow up on requests, suggestions, claims and/or any other request from the Owner, or to carry out actions regarding technical updates of the products or services acquired, to create a commercial relationship, and to follow up and maintain general communication.
• To be contacted and sent information to announce promotions, information from our business partners, offer our products or services, and send advertising regarding products and services, including any commercial, marketing, statistical, and prospecting actions aimed at said purposes.
• Subscription to the home delivery program, online purchases, and billing.
Clorofila Sea Wear will only protect the data on a server and will not access Personal Data, but may send them to a third party in order to fulfill their obligations.
To prevent unauthorized access to the Owner's Personal Data and to ensure that the information is used for the purposes established in this Privacy Notice, the options and means we have established are, in general, the same as those we use for our own data and documents, by electronic means.
The data collected in your card payment process: Name, Surname, Card Number, Authorization Number, and expiration date are duly protected by SSL security locks that guarantee the protection of your information and its safe use.
Also, in case you have made any payment, the data you provided will be used to fully comply with all obligations arising from a payment.
Similarly, the data you provide may be used to improve the quality of the services and/or products of Clorofila Sea Wear; for this reason, we may contact you to conduct surveys on the matter.
The personal data that Clorofila Sea Wear collects are: your name, address, date of birth, landline or cell phone numbers, and email addresses. This information is requested when generating a contact message on our website and application.
Clorofila Sea Wear will not collect sensitive personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, which relate to your health status and genetic condition.
Any Clorofila Sea Wear personnel who have access to your personal data will maintain strict confidentiality regarding them.
MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION,
CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION TO PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY YOU
You can at all times: (i) access your personal data, (ii) rectify them when they are inaccurate or incomplete, (iii) cancel them, or (iv) oppose the use that Clorofila Sea Wear makes of them. To do so, you must send a request to the email addresses marketing@csw.mx or administracion@csw.mx, containing at least the following information:
• Full name, address, or other means to communicate the response to your request.
• A clear description of the respective personal data for which you seek to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and/or opposition.
• Documents that prove your identity as the owner of the personal data.
• Any other document or element that facilitates the location of the personal data object of your request.
Likewise, if the owner wishes, they may limit the use or disclosure of their data.
If the personal data object of the request made has been delivered to a third party prior to the date of your request for access, rectification, opposition, or cancellation, Clorofila Sea Wear undertakes to inform said third parties of your request so that they may proceed accordingly.
In the same way, through these channels the Owner may update their data and specify the means by which they wish to receive information, since in case of not having this specification from you, Clorofila Sea Wear will establish the channel it considers pertinent to send you information.
Any change to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice will be made through an electronic procedure and will be published on the Clorofila Sea Wear website so that the owner is always aware of the current version of this Privacy Notice.
REASONS TO DENY ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, OPPOSITION, AND
CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY YOU
Clorofila Sea Wear may deny you: (i) access to personal data, (ii) rectification, (iii) cancellation, or (iv) opposition to the use of the same in the following cases:
• When you are not the owner of the personal data you are requesting.
• When the personal data requested by you is not found in our databases.
• When the rights of a third party could be affected.
• When there is a legal impediment or the resolution of a competent authority in this regard.
• When the rectification, cancellation, or opposition has been previously carried out.
In any of the aforementioned cases, Clorofila Sea Wear will inform you of the reason for its refusal within a period not exceeding 20 (twenty) days.
DATA TRANSFERS
In this act, you authorize Clorofila Sea Wear to send your personal data to any national or foreign third party, so that it can comply with each and every one of the purposes for which you delivered your personal data in accordance with the second section of this privacy notice.
The foregoing is with the understanding that Clorofila Sea Wear will not be responsible for the use that this third party gives to the personal data.
In the event that you wish to limit or cancel your consent for Clorofila Sea Wear to carry out the transfer of data, you must submit your request in writing to that effect, at the address mentioned in the first section of this notice.
USE OF COOKIES
The user knows and accepts the use of cookies as a monitoring system within the internet portal in order to allow Clorofila Sea Wear to know their interests, purchasing behavior, demographics, and thus understand their needs and interests, provide better service to users of our internet portal, and present promotions and products according to their interests. This is done by collecting the IP address, browser type, and specific pages within the website to which you had access.
It is established that the installation, permanence, and existence of Cookies on the computer equipment or device of the User or the visitor depends on their exclusive will and can be removed from their computer equipment or device when they so wish. CANCELLATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
When the personal data you provide is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes contemplated in this privacy notice, it will be canceled.
